Prestige Car Alarms Silent Mode

Corrado Malanga

Here's a nice article by Mr. Malanga with whom I share the vision of death (and consequently of life, do not you?):

Win a n-candidate ballot

neopanteista In view of the world, the mental constructions in the minds of men follow a simple rule:

mental constructs want to win.

suppress other mental constructs, succeed, be right.
"Guide at a moderate speed!" is equal to "I want something unpleasant to happen to you so I shall have reason .

Given that, probabilistically, adverse events occur more easily than positive ones, it shows that the cm popular in the world are those that seek negative results.
It is self-reinforcing.

Trust me, dear readers! Eliminating cm negative is a bit of work long and hard ... ...

Circulation Stockings For Sale

Let's talk about elections in which the winner must be one.
- Mayor
- the Members of a single-member constituency
- the ruling party of my electoral system (already described some time ago)

The runoff between two candidates only have some disadvantages. Has the effect of centralizing policy. In other words, the winner is the candidate / party that is moved closer to the center (remember my definition of political center of gravity?).
In the French presidential elections of 2002, a runoff between Jacques Chirac (center right) and Lepen (far right) could have only one result.
De Gaulle, in his genius (or the genius of his advisers), proposed for the 'National Assembly a two-round electoral system where the ballot are allowed students who pass the threshold of 12.5%. Clearly, the cone withdrawal permitted. This system gives only four major parties in parliament (Oh well ', lately 5 or 6, under the double shift, which tends to create new political entities, but will not be discussed here).

My proposal, in a situation to determine a single candidate, is this: go to the ballot

all those who, theoretically, would have a chance to win.

Let me explain.
There are five parties. A, B, C, D, E. Assume that the second round pass A and B. What do the voters?
trivial:
- Voters who voted in the first round of A, re-vote for A;
- Voters who voted for the first round B, re-vote for B;
- The voters in the first round who voted for C, must choose between A and B;
- Voters who voted in the first round of D, must choose between A and B;
- Voters who voted for the first round and have to choose between A and B.
Basically, the winner is determined largely by the votes lost. And 'the purpose of the double shift, in fact.
Let us set of numbers: A-35%

% B-28 C-17 D-15%%

E-5%
I say now, that C would win. If in fact we went to the runoff between A, B and C and D ex-voters to vote for C and E, the end result would
A-35 B-28%%

C-17% + 15% + 5% = 37%. C
therefore well placed to go to the second round. The same thing could not be said for D and E.

Bufo, no?
The result is a second round with a wider range of choices (compared with two canons), but where each party has the opportunity to potentially win. Quite different from the French system where a party with 13% must make arrangements to force withdrawal if he have any chance of victory.

Non Qualified Annuity Rollover

Doppioturnista

The purpose of the two-round election is very simple:

"ensure an electoral outcome where the parties are few and voted on by all"

trite, no?
E 'futile hope that the parties are aggregated to produce a simplified political landscape for the good of the country. Ah ah ah! Abbimo under the eyes of all the history of the Christian Democratic Party (only in words but in reality composed of an infinity of currents), the Democratic Party and the Rainbow Left. And if there were even marriage Berlusconi FI-AN would end tomorrow.
are just tricks to deceive people and to adapt to the electoral system in force.
- We want to just leave? Dam. Point. Of course there will be a lot of lost votes (ie votes for parties not included)
- We want those few parties in parliament are to be voted on by all? Re-vote. Point.

What is the ideal? The double shift proportional.
the first round to vote for a thousand partiti.

1- l'elezione di UN vincitore;
2- l'ordinamento dei partiti dal primo all'ultimo.

La versione italiana prevederebbe:
1- l'elezione di MOLTI partiti;
2 - the only indication of the first and second party. This change is preferable for two reasons: with the Australian system, in Italy there would be 90% of spoiled ballots and then would be used as a system for rating scheme.

Trouble: there would be some invalid votes, but few compared with the benefits.

But I always rest doppioturnista convinced, if only for the fact that we vote every five years and certainly are not certain election expenses to send the dogs in Italy.

convinced I broke

I broke.
I broke the women.
I broke my work.
I broke in human beings and the planet.
I broke to go it psychologist for those who live around me. And then I reproach if three times a year I might have a bad day.
I broke having to always be polite.
I broke to be blind not to see where I'm going, not knowing if what I'm doing okay or if at least take me to something good.
I broke to fight against the windmills.

work is necessary, because we must eat. Damn that body has to eat. If I did not need to eat and stay warm in the winter fire me tomorrow. Statistically
I'll stay on this planet for another 45-50 years. What a bore. Humans are complaining that life is too short. They would like to be immortali ! Secondo me invece la vita è troppo lunga.
