'm a moron ...

... perché avrei potuto vincere qualche bella scommessa.

Puntando su cosa?
MA SULLE ULTIME ELEZIONI EUROPEE, OVVIAMENTE!

Avevo previsto i risultati. All . If I had written on this blog one month before the elections, this time I consider myself a god ...

The only thing I did not predict (and here I am struggle with the strange and incomprehensible attitude of the communists) was that the far-left splits.
Ahi ahi ahi! If the leaders had dell'ultrasinistra leading only half the ideas I have, could have brought home some nice seat. But back to us:

These are my predictions, compared with the results:
PDL - slightly less than the last election - expected 35% - 35% result
LEAGUE - little more than the last election - expected 10% - 10% result
PD - let alone the last election - expected 25% - risultato 26%

I motivi?

Semplicemente alle politiche del 2008 un sacco di elettori di "sinistra arcobaleno" (SA) has chosen to vote PD (holding your nose) it was the only party that could stand up to Berlusconi. I had estimated that these "traitors" were about half of the total electorate of SA. Hence my estimate doubled (from 3.9% in 2008 to 8% in 2009).
I certainly could not predict who had the courage (or neglect) to run alone ...

The PD is "worth" 25% of the vote today and was worth 25% of the vote in 2008.

It 's the different electoral system (proportional, albeit small dam) that, by promoting sincere voting, revealed the true weight of the parties. It was expected that large parties lose votes, and the little they earn.
Proportional voting system
= true;
majority system = tactical voting.

Apply these two equally dear friends, and you'll get the results of the 2009 European elections.

Changing the form of government (2) Changing the form of government

I refer to my last post "Changing the form of government."
In many (!) Have commented that it may be difficult to create a constitution where any law or any government must have the support of at least two of the three "pillars" directly elected by the people (president of the republic, the House and Senate).

In reality it is very simple.

Since every law to be valid, must be signed by the President, just add these little notes:

-call "absolute majority NOT QUALIFIED" the amount of seats ranging from 50% to two-thirds-1 +1;
-call "two-thirds qualified majority" the amount of ranging from seats to more than two thirds;

-President must sign all measures decided by the parliament if:
a) both Houses are in agreement and both have at least approved by an absolute majority unskilled;
b ) at least one chamber has approved by a qualified majority of two thirds and one room with an absolute majority is not otherwise qualified.

-the Chairman has the power '(ie it chooses, does not mean that it will) to sign if:
a) the rooms are in disagreement, where one approved by an absolute majority and the other is not qualified otherwise not qualified with an absolute majority;
b) the rooms are in disagreement, which has approved a qualified majority of two thirds and the other is opposed by a qualified majority of two thirds.

point. The result is expected.

Examples with two bedrooms each composed of 100 components:
a)
bedroom 1 bedroom 2
55 votes in favor 60 favorable votes, the president must sign

b)
bedroom 1 bedroom 2
55 votes in favor 40 favorable votes
the president chooses whether to sign or not

c)
bedroom 1 bedroom 2
70 votes in favor 40 favorable votes, the president must sign

d)
Room 1 70 votes in favor
bedroom 2
20 votes in favor of the president chooses whether to sign or not

but how cool are they?

right ...
